What i will talk about today is the Quaker Oat =)
Well, am not the first one who innovate this way to eat.. But i found it is very interesting where you should know about it. Many of my friends in my age do not know we can eat oat like this! included me, myself. hheeeee xD
Thanks to my friend, Thiba. She is the one who introduce me =)
At that point of time, she is undergoing her diet planning in order to fit her wedding dress nicely. So, one of her plans is to have Quaker Oat for her lunch while i will have it for my dinner.
Many of us feel like the oat looks so disgusting when we it is cooked. Frankly speaking, it will only taste like porridge when it's cook. As the saying goes," Don't judge a book by its cover". It's true! There are many benefits where we can earn if we eat oat!
Thiba results? Did she gets thinner? Answer is Yes! She gets thinner ^^ Reason is because Quaker Oats help fill you up so you can keep going.
For me, i actually just started to eat this way for my dinner 1 week ago. Honestly, i face a lot of the constipation issue where i think it's a normal urban problem that each and everyone of us are facing now. After i continuously replace this Quaker Oat to my rice, i can almost poo everyday without eating any supplement foods.. but of course, this is not the only benefits that you can get from Quaker Oat.There are many many more!
For the price, it's not expensive yet acheive the target that you aim. No side effects and Quaker have been there in the market for as long as 130 years!
